Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Front Row Pass mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Front Row Pass ("Front Row Pass," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Front Row Pass Does

Front Row Pass helps families keep track of games, recitals, and other activities in one place. You can add team or activity schedules to a family calendar, invite family members to view them, and receive alerts when something changes. Our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.html, explains what data we collect and how we use it and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Front Row Pass account. The Service is intended to be used by parents and guardians to organize their family's schedule, not by children directly.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Families, Invites, and Shared Content

A family has one owner, who approves or rejects requests from others to join. If you own a family, you're responsible for who you approve and for the schedules and members you add to it. If you join someone else's family, the owner and other approved members can see the schedules, member labels, and events you add through that family.

Each family has a unique calendar link for use in external calendar apps. Anyone with that link can view the family's events, so you're responsible for keeping it private and only sharing it with people you trust.

If a family owner deletes their account, that family — including its schedules and events — is deleted for every member subscribed to it.

4. Team and Activity Schedules

When you add a schedule, we fetch event data from the calendar link you provide. That data comes from third parties (teams, leagues, schools, venues) who publish it — we don't create or control it, and we can't guarantee it's accurate, complete, or up to date. Always confirm important details, like a cancelled or rescheduled game, directly with the source before relying on them.

Only add schedules you have the right to use — for example, a team or activity's own publicly published calendar. Don't use the Service to aggregate or redistribute schedule data you don't have permission to access.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account or family without authorization
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or attempt to bypass its security
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product
• Upload or add content that is harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Notifications

Push notifications depend on your device, network conditions, and third-party services (like Firebase Cloud Messaging) that are outside our control. We don't guarantee that you'll receive a notification for every event or change, and you shouldn't rely on the Service as your only source for time-sensitive schedule information.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, to provide login and notifications. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and code, belongs to Front Row Pass and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You keep whatever rights you have in the schedules, family and member names, and other content you add, but by adding them you allow us to store, process, and display them within the Service as needed to provide it to you and your family.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service or a feature of it. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Sections 8, 10, and 11) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedule data will always be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Row Pass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including missing an event because of inaccurate schedule data or a notification that wasn't delivered. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, for most users, is zero, as the Service is currently offered free of charge).

12. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
